Murray River
Murray River
During my visit to the Murray River near Swan Hill in Victoria, I took photos of the river and its surrounding landscape. The Murray River is Australia’s longest river and forms part of the border between Victoria and New South Wales for much of its course. It has played an important role in the region’s history, supporting agriculture, transport and the development of local communities. Today, the river is used for activities such as boating, fishing, camping and walking along its banks. The area around Swan Hill also reflects the connection between the river, farming and regional life.- Tags: AUS Murray River Victoria State
